The platform champions employers who are demonstrating their commitment to being a responsible employer and delivering social value.

WLA Inclusive SME Network
We have partnered with the West London Alliance to launch 'Creating Inclusive Workplaces' – a free inclusive employer network. The network aims to help SMEs and other orgnaisaitons create inclusive workplaces, connect with like-minded employers, attend events, receive 1:1 support, and access WLA's network of organizstions and charities.​
Southwark Works Employer Service
We are leading the delivery of Southwark Council's Southwark Works Employer Service. The service offers free ‘impact recruitment’ that connects local employers to diverse Southwark residents and supports employers to deliver to ESG/DEI, social value and other local employment priorities.​​
