Solving community challenges and making the right connections
Talent is fairly distributed, but opportunity is not. Our work focuses on working with community partners to diagnose the challenge, then providing diverse local talent the support and the opportunities they need to fly.
Employers, from SMEs and startups to corporates, want to work local, build a diverse workforce, and fix their skills shortages. We help them do it. We connect you and your people to opportunities from innovative and purpose-led employers from across London.
We work with networks of community partners - including schools, colleges, charities, social enterprises, and other community groups. We work to understand your support needs, work with you to shape what 'good' looks like, and then connect you and your users to employers and their opportunities.
Our projects

Youth Careers Development Programme
NextGen is a free, fully managed service that connects students with development opportunities from leading employers, including work experience, mentoring, office tours, insight days and more.
We're working with local London schools and colleges to help them access support and opportunities from the growing number of employers that want to demonstrate their ESG, or Social Value commitments.
If you're a school or an employer and are keen to get involved and find out more check out our NextGen Southwark pilot website below.
goodwork.london
Our inclusive jobs board goodwork.london puts local first and supports your community throughout the hiring process with good jobs only.
The platform gives both employers and candidates an opportunity to share relevant information about their hiring needs - making the matching process even easier.
Candidates can interact directly with employers and get a better understanding of the benefits and commitments that employers are offering to future hires i.e. Disability Confident & Flexible Working.
